Steps for FSSAI License Registration

   • Analysis report (Chemical & Bacteriological) of water to be used as an ingredient in food from a recognized/public health laboratory.

   • Import Export Code issued by DGFT for importers.
   
   
   • Ministry of Commerce Certificate for 100% EOU.
   
   
   • NOC/PA document issued by FSSAI.
   
   
   • Form IX: Nomination of persons by a company along with the board resolution.
